Souldrama: Caring for our Souls In Difficult Times
SEPTEMBER 19, 2020 8 AM - 11AM EST
This on-going monthly group is designed to learn how to put spirituality into action with telehealth. If you do groups online and want to use action methods to enhance the connections, this is for you! We will be meeting once a month -this will be be for training or personal growth or both.
There is a sense in which our souls may grow stronger, wiser, and deeper, during difficult times. As we are called to be idle at home, it is important that we use this time to think about our lives and how we might do things differently. An idle mind mentality could lead to occurrences of being anxious and depressed. Doing something can heighten your spiritual energy if you view it as worthwhile, value-added work, rather than the completion of tasks.
This is a chance to grow our spiritual lives through the experience of Souldrama which aligns the ego and soul and removes the blocks that keep us stuck in life.
After you have registered, you will recieve an e mail giving you the Zoom code.
