TIMINGS
The workshop will begin on the 21st morning and end on the 26th evening.
(Hours of workshop 9:00 am -12:00 noon and 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm)
Lunch will be at 1.00 pm and dinner after 7.30 pm with sufficient leisure time for sight-seeing!
WORKSHOP FEE
On double occupancy basis USD 1100, per person or Indian Rupees 55,000. The programme is residential. Fee includes boarding & lodging expenses for 6 nights with breakfast, mid-morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and transportation to and from Chennai airport /city to the venue. All participants will be picked up at the Chennai airport or Chennai city on the 20th night and dropped back to the airport / city on the 26th night.
PAYMENT
Advance Payment: USD 200 or INR 10,000- by the 30th of October 2009
Balance Payment: USD 900 or INR 45,000- by the 30th of November 2009.
All payments must be made in favor of ‘T.T.SRINATH’ (payable at Chennai - India).

The old port town of Mahabalipuramalso known as Mamallapuram lon the shores of the breathtakingly beautiful Bay of Bengal , has a coastline spanning a distance of over 20 km with beautiful beaches. Located 58km from Chennai on the Mahabalipuram road, the golden sandy beach is a picturesque place bounded by the shimmering sea. Identified as the most pristine beaches of Tamil Nadu is truly mesmerizing
Mahabalipurm has magnificent monuments along with beautiful beaches. The dreamy rock cut art is an amazingly extravaganza. There is one of the oldest shore temples in South India built by the Pallava King Rajasimha in the early 8th century and the world's largest bas-relief.
The ' Penance of Arjuna', which is 96ft long and 43 ft high and is the world's largest bas-relief, is the pride of Mahabalipuram. This huge rock consists of figures of Gods, Demigods, men, beasts, birds and representing the entire creation
The five rathas are five monolithic temples, each having it’s own style They are also known as the "Pancha Pandava Rathas". Out of these five, four of the Rathas are supposed to have carved out of a single rock formation
The tiger's cave which is situated at 4-km north of the main monument complex. This was an open-air theater, where cultural programmers were held, being near the sea, the place is exotic and serene. The Pallavan art at this place emphasizes robust earthly beauty, imbibed with life.
Weather – Pleasant at day temperature 28 to 30 degree Celsius and night temperature 22 to 24 degrees Celsius during this period.
